1. Is there a charge for samples?
There is no charge for samples.
2. Can we deliver same day or next day?
In most cases we can deliver the same day if an order is placed early enough.
3. Do you have MSDS documents and CofA's online?
Not at this time however, if you wish to receive a MSDS document for a particular product or products that were delivered to your company by Producers Chemical Company. Then please go to our "Contact Us" page and fill out the form. You will receive the MSDS via e-mail Monday thru Friday during normal business hours.
4. Who is the sales person for my region?
Please visit our " find a sales person sections ".
5. What are your business hours?
Normal business hours are Monday thru Friday 8:00 A.M - 4:30 P.M. We have voice mail for after hours order placement and messages as well as the ability to accept via e-mail 24/7.
6. Do you deliver on your own trucks?
Yes, 95%+ deliveries are made on our own fleet of trucks with our own drivers so we have control over delivery schedules and have drivers that know and can meet our customers specific needs.
7. Do you pick up empties?
Yes, we will pick up our own empty drums, both deposit and non-deposit. In some cases, we will also pick up other suppliers drums with prior approval.
8. Do you have a 24 hour emergency phone number?
Yes, during our regular business hours we are able to provide emergency information and support. After our regular business hours or if you cannot get in touch with us for any reason, we us Chemtrec at 800-424-9300 for all emergency information and support.
